Artist workspace/shop available for rent! This is not an apartment and is only a workspace/studio. This 300-400 square-foot artist space is a part of a larger building with 12 units total. This historic warehouse was turned into an artist work haven. Artists and craftsmen work out of their individual space, and share the communal kitchen and bathrooms. Each unit is individually metered for electric, and their is forced heat for the winter. It's a wonderful community!
